Police hunting a suspect in a murder case have released images of his car, which was last seen in Dover.
Ali Qazimaj , 42, wanted in connection with the death of a pensioner in Suffolk and the disappearance of his wife.
Detectives believe he sailed abroad from Dover Eastern Docks after parking his car in Athol Terrace.
Det Ch Supt Simon Parkes said: "We are gradually building a picture as we continue to make enquiries to trace Ali Qazimaj.
"New information is coming in all the time and this continues to be a fast-moving enquiry.
"Our enquiries continue to learn more about his roots and his links within the UK and overseas.
"We still need anyone who knows him, who may have spent time with him over the last few weeks or before this to get in touch and tell us more about his background so that we can trace his movements."
The silver Citroen C3, registered KRO6 GHU, was found at around midnight on Sunday heading into Monday, with the help of Kent Police.
Suffolk detectives say they have received reliable information, which places Qazimaj at the neighbouring Port of Dover at around 6.30pm on Saturday, June 4.
It is believed that he sailed, as an unaccompanied foot passenger, from there to Calais soon after 7pm.
He was identified as a suspect the next day.
Suffolk police are currently liaising with international law enforcement agencies to try to trace him.
Detectives know that Mr Qazimaj, who lives in Tilbury, Essex, had previously used the alias of Marco Costa.
It his believed that he came to the UK following the conflict in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.
Mr Qazimaj is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, with brown eyes and dark brown greying hair.
Police stress that any members of the public who see him should not approach him but dial 999 immediately
Further work is being done to find out more about his background, his movements between the last sighting of the murder victim and his wife in Norfolk on May 29 his leaving the country on June 4, and to locate him.
As part of these enquiries officers are asking anyone who may have seen his vehicle in Suffolk or Essex between these dates to come forward.
Peter and Sylvia Stuart, of the village of Weybread in Suffolk, were reported missing on Friday, June 3.
Mr Stuart, 75, had been found dead in woodland surrounding his home that evening. He had been repeatedly stabbed.
Mrs Stuart, 69, is still missing.
A 61-year-old man form Leicester, arrested on Sunday ,June 5, in connection with the murder, has been bailed to report to police on August 3.
