POLICE have confirmed that a man found dead near the White Cliffs Business Park at Whitfield, near Dover, was murder suspect Neil Fraser.

Mr Fraser, 34, had been missing since his wife, Michelle, was found strangled at the couple's home in Cedar Terrace, Dover, on March 8 in front of one of the their four children.

Mr Fraser was the main suspect. His body was found on land behind a car sales business. He has now been formally identified.

Michelle's father, Mick Denyer, had made appeals in newspapers and on television for Mr Fraser to come forward.

The coroner has been informed and an inquest will be held.
