Taco Bell have announced the opening date for their latest restaurant in Kent.
Work started on the Dover site, at the St James' retail park, earlier this month, with signs appearing on the restaurant over the weekend.
Today, the team at the Mexican fast food chain revealed the outlet will officially open on Wednesday, September 7 - just a week from today.
The new restaurant will be next to Cineworld cinema and Sussex Beds and will join Nando's, Kaspas, Greggs and Burger King at the shopping centre.
Bosses at St James' - also home to Next, M&S Foodhall and Iceland - revealed the American firm would be opening earlier this year.
Taco Bell has been serving tacos, burritos, nachos and its famous quesadillas in the UK since 2010 and this is the first to open in Dover.
But it is the third to open in Kent.
The first was at the Chatham Dockyard in Medway in 2019.
The next opened in Maidstone earlier this year.
The firm has also revealed plans to open more stores in Canterbury - one a drive thru off Sturry Road and a second in the High Street - as well as one in Folkestone.
Lucy Dee, from Taco Bell, said: "People have been crying out for more Taco Bells and we’re very pleased to be able to deliver to the Dover community, creating local jobs despite challenging circumstances.
"We look forward to feeding residents from Wednesday, September 7 onwards whether it be via home delivery, click & collects, takeaway or dine in."
Diners are invited to say ‘hola’ to Taco Bell with a free taco offer when customers download the Taco Bell UK app.
Free T-shirts and tacos will also be given out on opening day to the first 100 customers.
