A pizza chain has returned to a town five years after it shut up shop.
Papa John's has opened at the St James' retail park in Dover - making it the fourth new outlet to open at the shopping centre in four months.
It sits between Caribbean restaurant Jerk n' Tingz and dessert parlour Kaspa's.
The opening has created 15 jobs in the town.
The franchise will be run by Amir Afzal, who also runs Papa John’s in Sandgate Road in Folkestone.
Mr Afzal, who has been a franchisee since 2017, said: “Dover is a great town and now we have been able to secure a prominent, central location with plenty of parking, we will be delighted to deliver our great pizzas made with only the freshest, finest ingredients to the local community.
“The Dover store has been fitted out with the new Papa John’s branding which is bold, fun and welcoming.
"For us, pizza is all about sharing and so we will be presenting some exciting opening offers for our new customers.
"I mean, who can resist the treat of pizza shared with friends and family?
"It makes any occasion memorable, and our new team will be happy to add to the fun by delivering something to tempt everyone.”
The new store marks the brand's return to Dover after its previous store in the high street closed five years ago.
Amit Pancholi UK director of business development at Papa John’s said returning to the town has long been a priority for the company.
He added: “We been aiming to re-open in Dover for some time and so the new store location represents a fresh start for the new team in charge.
"Together they now have all the ingredients for success, and we wish them well for the future.”
The arrival of Papa John's follows the opening of Taco Bell and German Doner Kebab at the retail park in September and Jerk n' Tingz in November.
It is also home to a cinema, Nando's, Travelodge, Next and Iceland.
