A multi-vehicle crash has caused heavy traffic amid freezing temperatures.

Three vehicles were involved in an incident on the A2 in Dover this morning.

It happened on the coast-bound side of the road, near Whitfield, and caused heavy traffic in the area.

Police were called just before 9am and were at the scene until 11am.

A spokesperson confirmed no serious injuries have been reported and the cars were recovered.
