A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a disturbance in Dover which involved a large group of people.
Police received reports of a disturbance at Maison Dieu Road at 7pm on Wednesday, September 14.
When officers reached the scene, a large group of people were present.
Police spokesman Martin Very said: "Two Dover men in their 40s reported facial injuries and South East Coast Ambulance attended to treat them.
"Nobody was taken to hospital.
"A 15-year-old boy from Dover was arrested for assault. He was later bailed to return to the police station on October 18."
Posts made to the Facebook group Dover for Disgruntled Dovorians allege the incident took place when a group of teenagers threatened a 15-year-old girl and the two men in their 40s stepped in to help.
