Dover Post Office has reopened at its new location.
It is now in Biggin Street after the closure of the previous town centre base in Pencester Road.
The new branch opened last Thursday.
It had been empty but had a full refurbishment to include a convenience store.
The Post Office had to leave Pencester Road because of the lease expiring.
It closed on February 4 and the replacement base was originally meant to open on February 13.
But a notice on the front window for customers warned that this had been delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances."
Customers were able to use Buckland Post Office, in London Road and Crabble Post Office in the meantime.
There are five serving positions at the Biggin Street site, which are a mixture of two screened and two opened plan counter.
There is also a Post office serving point provided for use at the retail counter and available during shop opening hours.
The opening hours for the new premises are exactly the same as for the old site: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 2.30pm.
