Today's snow has already seen trains suspended from Dover Priory to Ramsgate via Deal and to Faversham via Canterbury.

Southeastern says a limited replacement bus service will operate between Dover Priory and Folkestone Central stations while the issue with the electrical supply is addressed.

However the rail operator is strongly advising passengers not to travel on the network today or tomorrow because of disruption caused by the wintry weather.

Travellers affected by the cancellation of trains between Dover and Folkestone may be entitled to compensation if they experience a delay in completing their journey.
