Routes are in four districts and the annual event attracts several hundred people each summer to enjoy the mental and physical benefits of rambling.

The routes are anything from one to 16 miles (1.6 to 25.7km).

However one, the White Cliffs Challenge on Sunday from Deal, is 51 miles (82.1km) over 22 hours.

Those joining in need to book a place in advance as group numbers are limited to a maximum of 40 people, in some cases even fewer.
