Police in Dover have issued a warning after a quantity of drugs used in the treatment of horses were stolen from an outbuilding at a farm in Whitfield on December 29, between 11.30am and 1.15pm.
The missing drugs are anti-inflammatory medication called Equipalazane Palazone contained in 24 sachets, two 100mls bottles of penicillin, B12 blood booster and horse steroids called Ventipulmin. They are used in the treatment of lungs and airways.
“These drugs are not intended for human consumption and may be harmful if taken,” said Detective Inspector Mark Smith.
“If anyone finds these drugs, I urge them to hand them into their local police station.”
