A new tapas restaurant with a heated roof terrace and cocktail lounge has opened in Dover.
Rico Sabor is at the St James retail and leisure park and opened its doors to customers last week.
It has been launched by Julian Ramirez and wife Marcella, 37, following the success of Rico Sabor in Gravesend and Rochester.
Mr Ramirez, who previously worked in kitchens in Valencia and London, says diners can expect "vibrant flavours" from the menus at all three of his restaurants, which combine tapas with Latin American flavours.
"They can expect traditional tapas with a Latin fusion," he said.
"The coast of Kent needs some of our love and our great food."
Mr Ramirez, 38, who shares two children with wife Marcella, said many ingredients are imported from Spain, such as chorizo, different cheeses and octopus, adding: "It is what gives quality to our food."
Ten new members of staff have been employed at the restaurant, which also boasts a cocktail lounge, outdoor heated patio and heated terrace.
Plans for Paella Sundays are in motion and with all food made freshly, adjustments can be made to dishes for vegetarians and vegans.
There are also plans to introduce Wagyu beef to the menu.
Asked why he has decided to open in Dover, Mr Ramirez said: "The location and the project appealed us, the way the building was designed with the roof top.
"And there is a lot of investment in Dover at the moment, which motivated me.
"We've been very welcomed.
"We opened last Wednesday and we've been packed ever since.
"The feedback has been fantastic. We are confident people will have great service."
