Dover could have a new town manager again.
Proposals are expected to be revealed this evening for a manager to be appointed to promote the town, co-ordinate events and try to attract more visitors.
There has been no such official in post since Dover Town Centre Management was wound up in April, and town centre manager David Somers was made redundant.
The new manager is not expected to be a paid official, but a volunteer who is willing to devote his time to benefit the town.
