Delays are expected in one of Dover's major roads because a set of traffic lights are not working.

The signals, on the junction with Buckland Avenue and Cherry Tree Avenue, have not been working since about 3pm.

People have been made aware via social media pages.

At 2.14pm Kent County Council said an engineer is en-route to fix the problem.

KCC said in a statement: "Please approach with caution and expect delays."
