TV stars to appear in panto

A production company might bring more shows to the Roundhouse Theatre in Dover's Market Square if their panto, Jack and the Beanstalk, proves popular.

Cre8ive Pantomimes will be performing the panto, which features a children's television presenter and a pop singer, on Sunday February 1 at 3.30 and 6.30pm, and admission is £8.

The company is interested in working with the Discovery Centre, and groups that use the Roundhouse Theatre, to present a professional Christmas show in Dover at the end of this year or the beginning of 2010.

The panto stars Sophie McDonnell from CBBC and pop star Lolly, along with a full supporting cast and six dancers.
