Four people were allegedly attacked after a robbery and disturbance in a town centre park.
Two of the victims had to be taken to hospital.
Police were called to Pencester Gardens in Dover to a report of a group causing a disturbance.
A spokesman said: "It was reported four people were assaulted, of which two men were taken to a local hospital with facial injuries.
"A mobile phone and sunglasses were also stolen."
It happened at around 6.30pm last Wednesday.
A 20-year-old man from Dover was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and robbery.
Police say he was released on bail until Wednesday, June 19, pending further investigation.
