Dover lifeboat crews were called after two females were stuck on a rising tide.
The RNLI team rescued the pair, who were taken to safety on board an inflatable vessel off rocks around Dover.
They warned: "Folks, tides rise faster than expected. An area of beach may not stay dry for long!"
