A TEENAGER badly burned in a fire at an industrial estate has died in hospital from of his injuries.
Darren Wicks, 15, from Dover, suffered 80 per cent burns when there was an explosion in the secure compound belonging to Kent Auto Panels in Ross Way, Folkestone, on June 5.
He was found by firefighters among burning tyres and taken to the William Harvey Hospital at Ashford. He was later transferred to a specialist unit at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, West Sussex, where he lost his fight for life.
Two teenagers, now both 15, who with Darren at the time, were arrested and bailed pending further investigations by police.
One is still on bail and the other is wanted after failing to answer his bail.
