A woman managed to scramble free after her car flipped over and landed on its side this evening.

The crash happened just before 7pm on Whitfield Hill, Dover.

Three fire crews arrived to find a female driver next to the wreckage.

Firefighters assessed her and together with Kent Police officers looked after her until paramedics arrived.

The scene was made safe and emergency services left the scene just before 8pm.
