Dover boss Chris Kinnear admitted to having mixed feelings after the 3-3 draw with Woking in the FA Trophy third round clash at Kingfield.

Kinnear's side came from behind twice to lead 3-2 before conceding a stoppage-time equaliser to send the tie into a replay at Crabble on Tuesday (7.45pm).

The home side led 2-1 at half-time before Dover stunned their Vanarama Conference rivals with two quick goals after the restart through Nicky Deverdics (48) and Stefan Payne (53).

Kinnear said: "Of course it was really disappointing to concede so late but at the end of the day you have just got to get on with it and move on.

"There was no sulking from the lads afterwards, just frustration because they got so close to finishing the job after what had been a terrific second half effort.

"Yes, it would have been great to go into Monday's fourth round draw at the first attempt but at least we are still in it (the draw).

"They (Woking) have got to come to us now and they know we'll be up for it after the way we played in that second half."

But what did Kinnear say to his players during the break?

He said: "Well, we had made a very slow start to the game and it looked like it wasn't going to be our day.

"So I just told them to have a go at them (Woking) because we didn't want to leave there wondering if only.

"And the lads responded in stunning fashion. They turned it around and that showed their character.

"Now we have just got to look forward to the replay and focus on getting the job done."
