Dover revealed a double striker swoop on Wednesday afternoon after agreeing a return for one-time Whites forward Harry Crawford and ex-Welling hitman Tyrone Marsh.
Marsh, 22, joins on an 18-month deal having scored seven goals in 18 appearances for Whites' Vanarama National League rivals Torquay United.
The former MK Dons and Luton youth player joined Oxford United but was loaned to clubs including Welling, where he scored 10 goals in 20 games, before making his pro debut for United in 2012, going on to play 14 times.
He joined Ebbsfleet in December 2014 before joining Torquay six months later.
Crawford, 24, came through the ranks at Southend and had a brief loan spell at Crabble in 2010 before leaving Roots Hall for Dartford after 33 first team appearances.
The former Republic of Ireland under-19s star scored 20 goals in 66 games split over three spells at Darts, also playing for Barnet before his release by Boreham Wood in September - having scored Wood's consolation in a 2-1 defeat at Crabble the previous month.
Boss Chris Kinnear - who included Crawford in his warm-up ahead of Sunday’s game against Cheltenham - said: “We’re going to sign him and bring him in, we are short on numbers. It’s a long old season still to go with the Trophy and the League - so we’re adding numbers as we’re short.
“We’ve seen Crawford play a few times, he scores a goal, he’s another player we hope is going to enhance the squad.”
Kinnear added: “Anything can happen in January, usually it’s the last day because sides don't want to let players go or players are hanging on to get better deals. We’re still looking.”
