Moses Emmanuel is the latest player to leave Dover Athletic.
The forward has followed his former Whites team-mate Ross Lafayette to National League rivals Sutton United.
Ricky Modeste announced his Crabble exit earlier this week while James Hurst is now a Wrexham player.
Emmanuel, 27, said: "I’m really happy to be signing for Sutton and having talked with Paul (Doswell) really excited to be here.
"I set myself high standards and with the quality in the squad and the way the team is set up to play, I’m hoping to score plenty of goals.
"I’ve been really impressed with the progress of the whole club over the last two seasons in particular, and it will be brilliant to play in front of 2,000 home fans on a regular basis.
"I scored a hat-trick on the pitch last season and think the surface will suit my style of play, so hopefully more to come but this time for Sutton rather than against them."
Sutton manager Doswell added: "Moses is someone I’ve admired greatly over the years, even more so because he had the most annoying habit of scoring every time he played against us.
"He is versatile in that he can play as a second striker, or in a three up front, and we feel his pace and movement will add to our attack.
"He has also enjoyed playing with Ross Lafayette and their understanding will help them both settle very quickly."
