KEMP: "I apologise to the fans if they think we are messing them around"

DOVER Athletic chairman Mick Kemp has refused to budge despite coming under increasing pressure to reveal full details about the club's coaching and administrative set-up for next season.

With speculation growing among Whites' supporters impatient for concrete news, Mr Kemp did confirm that first team player Billy Bone will be the new youth development officer and that Gary Finnis will manage the Under-18 team.

But with regard to the two most important positions, that of first-team coach and chief executive, Mr Kemp again declined to give anything away.

He said: "No contracts have yet been signed apart from those for Billy Bone and Gary Finnis, and until the other positions are signed and sealed I will not be saying anything about them.

"I apologise to the fans if they think we are messing them around, but we want to make sure that we have got everything in place before we make an announcement."

Meanwhile defender Tony Browne has confirmed he is leaving the club.
