Chris Kinnear is hoping for more of the same from his Dover players as they enter a crucial run of fixtures in the National League.
Whites will play four games in the space of 10 days starting with a long away trip to Barrow on Saturday followed by the rearranged Eastleigh fixture on Tuesday.
Kinnear’s side are confident after beating the league leaders last weekend but the manager is not expecting any less from his team.
He said: “It’s a long away trip and we aren’t bad on the road. We try and play the same way away from home and score more goals than the other side and we will do exactly the same next Saturday.
“We are the only side playing four games in 10 days and hopefully it won’t harm our chances really.
“No one else is doing it but we have to get on with it. Hopefully we can pick up more points at the other sides.”
Whites have won their last three games, including an excellent 2-0 win at home to league leaders Macclesfield Town.
Their form has picked up just at the right time as they look to finish in the National League play-off places.
Kinnear said: “They are very positive but even when we lose they don’t get too down. We are not getting too carried away with the win against Macclesfield.
“It’s only three points and every game is only three points. We are very pleased with the points we got.
“You have your little down spells and you try and solve it. You don’t point fingers or blame people. It’s a whole team effort and everyone has pride in their performances.
“We know what we are like on our best game and if we bring our best game to it we will beat every side in this league.”
Cambridge United loanee Ade Azeez played through the middle for the first time for Whites on Saturday as Ryan Bird dropped down to the bench for the first time this season.
Azeez joined on an initial month loan on February 23 but Kinnear would like to keep him at the club for a little longer.
He added: “He’s enjoying himself and hopefully we will be able to keep him here.”
