Andy Hessenthaler has strengthened his Dover Athletic squad with the signing of Jack Munns.
The midfielder arrives from Dagenham & Redbridge on a two-year deal that is set to start on July 1.
He marks the club's second signing of the summer behind former Crawley Town goalkeeper Yusuf Mersin.
Munns started out his career as part of Leyton Orient's youth set-up, before moving on to continue his development with Tottenham Hotspur.
He then spent a month on loan with Aldershot Town in the National League in 2012, only to return to Spurs without having made a senior appearance under Dean Holdsworth.
After being released by Tottenham in 2013, Munns signed for Charlton Athletic but again failed to make his senior breakthrough as he was confined to appearances on the bench.
This was followed by a switch to Cheltenham Town where he would go on to make 70 outings across all formats and help the club seal promotion back to the Football League in 2015/2016.
The 25-year-old eventually found his way to Hartlepool in 2017, featuring 19 times in the National League until it was time for him to move again - this time to Dagenham in September 2018.
His arrival means Hessenthaler's first team squad currently stands at 13 players as he continues to wait on replies to contract offers from Mitch Brundle, Anthony Jeffrey, Bedsente Gomis and Joe Bedford.
