Dover manager Andy Hessenthaler has announced that Bedsente Gomis will leave the club this summer.
The midfielder has rejected a new deal at Crabble having been one of five players to be offered an extension at the end of the 2018/2019 campaign.
Gomis made 32 appearances across all competitions last season after signing from fellow National League side Barrow in July 2018.
Hessenthaler said: "(Bedsente) Gomis is not staying, he's rejected the deal we offered him so he's definitely not staying.
"I've not spoken to Beds but I spoke to his agent and he's telling me he's going to move onto pastures new which is no problem.
"We offered him a deal we felt was right for the football club in terms of the budget, we can only go so much in terms of the money.
"It was a deal we felt was right for him, it was an improved offer but he decided he wanted to move on. He goes with our best wishes, we have to look for other players now."
Hessenthaler also confirmed that Joe Bedford will be staying put, while he is hoping for more news on Anthony Jeffrey's future in the coming days.
The Whites boss is meanwhile set for further contract talks with captain Mitch Brundle following his return from holiday.
