Chris Kinnear reaches a notable career milestone at Leyton Orient on Saturday when he takes charge of his 600th league game for Whites.
The Whites boss is fast approaching his fifth anniversary in his second spell at Crabble having first managed the club from 1985 to 1995.
Kinnear, who started his second spell in January 2013, has a league win ratio of 52% (314 wins) and says he enjoys the job as much now as when he took charge for the first time, 32 years ago.
He said: “It’s no different, I love it. Last year, every year I enjoy it, it’s just what I do. I don’t think of anything else, to be honest.
“I’ll keep going as long as somebody wants me. I didn’t know what I was going to do this year, in the summer.
“Luckily we’ve been able to get a load of lads together and they give you a lift because they are good young lads.
“Their eyes are wide open, (they’re) listening and trying to improve and, as any manager would say, that’s all you need from your side.
“A lot of them have a lot of ability and will have a career further on, I’m sure.”
Dover added to their squad on Thursday when they signed winger Anthony Jeffrey on loan from National League rivals Sutton United.
The 23-year-old, who played against Whites in last month's 2-2 draw at Gander Green Lane, has signed until the end of January.
The former Arsenal trainee joined Sutton from Forest Green Rovers last July and has made 11 appearances this season.
