While Whites may have lost after extra-time in their FA Cup first round replay against Cambridge United on Thursday night, they picked themselves up in time to see-off Guiseley 2-0 on Saturday before overcoming Woking 3-1 at Crabble on Tuesday night.
Recalled Ross Lafayette netted in either half while after not starting in the previous six weeks, Moses Emmanuel scored for the second game running after his selection on Saturday.
Kinnear called upon 16 players across those three games and praised the impact of some of those players who have been on the fringes over the past couple of months.
He said: “I think the players and the staff have worked ridiculously hard (this week). I’m tired and I haven’t been running around.”
He added: “Everyone’s contributed, it’s nice that the likes of Ricky Miller (suspended) couldn’t play on Tuesday and Lafayette was out at the weekend but we have got a good squad, not great names but they focus on what they’re doing.
“We lost the Cambridge game but since we first played Cambridge away we have done really well (collecting nine points from nine in National League).
“We’re quite fortunate that we have got some good forwards - all three did well. I thought Moses Emmanuel was outstanding and Mitch Pinnock did great aswell.
“I thought everybody was spot-on today.”
Kinnear praised fitness coaches Loui Fazakerley and Calum Green for keeping his players in good shape and added: “(This week) showed you how fit the boys are and the desire, even when you’re tired, to push yourself and do well.”
Despite the workload Kinnear said there was “no chance” of him giving his players a night off training on Thursday ahead of Saturday's trip to Macclesfield, adding: “They can have a Thursday off in June.”
