Dover Athletic boss Chris Kinnear has won the Vanarama Conference Manager of the Month award for November.
And no one can say he doesn't deserve it.
Kinnear's side went through the month unbeaten in the five games they played, winning three and drawing two.
They started the month with a 2-2 draw at Southport before beating Braintree 1-0 at Crabble and then claiming another three points with a 3-2 win at Alfreton.
A 0-0 draw at home against Forest Green Rovers was then followed by a 2-1 win at Gateshead.
That impressive run of form sees Dover currently 14th on the table.
The 1-0 FA Cup victory over League Two side Morecambe also formed part of the decision making process.
While he is thrilled to get the award, Kinnear said he wasn't the only one who deserved to get the accolades for it.
He said: "I consider this to be an award for the whole team. The boys and my backroom staff have been working very hard and we're making progress together."
Dover, who are in FA Cup second round action at Cheltenham Town on Sunday, are away at Altrincham in their next league game on December 20 (3pm kick-off).
