Dover have signed Sammy Moore on loan from Leyton Orient.
The 28-year old Deal born midfielder returns to Crabble for a second spell and will be with the Whites until January.
He scored 11 goals in 56 appearances in a two-year stay between 2008 and 2010, before joining AFC Wimbledon.
Moore featured for the O's in a 2-0 pre-season win at Dover.
He goes straight in to the squad for the Vanarama National League home game against Barrow.
Moore tweeted: "Delighted to have signed until January can't wait to get started.
Whites moved up to 10th in the table following their 4-2 win at Eastleigh on Tuesday a defeat which cost home boss Chris Todd his job.
They led 2-0 at one stage, courtesy of an own-goal and Ross Lafayette before Eastleigh fought back to level with four minutes remaining with goals by Ryan Bird and former Sittingbourne and Gravesend midfielder Andrew Drury.
However Jim Stevenson's first for the club and substitute Ricky Miller clinched the points for Chris Kinnear's men.
