Dover’s goal-scoring winger Tom Murphy is out of contract at the end of the season but admits he’s not thinking about that.
He’s happy to concentrate on his football rather than think what lies ahead in the summer.
Murphy said: “I am enjoying my football and relishing the opportunity to be a regular starter. That’s all that matters to me right now.
“I don’t want to lose focus and start thinking about contracts. I will do that when the season is over.”
Murphy has scored 11 league goals this season, including eight in his past 13 games after his double at Kidderminster last Saturday and is aiming to add to his haul before the season ends.
Murphy, who spent two years on the books at Gillingham without playing a league game, said: “The gaffer (Chris Kinnear) has instilled plenty of confidence in me since I came into the side.
“That’s given me the chance to express myself on the field, trying things I wouldn’t normally do. I feel like I can shoot from just about any angle now.
“I’d love to score maybe another five this season but if I got up to 20, that would be unbelievable."
