Defender Myles Judd has agreed a deal with Dover Athletic after proving his worth in the opening weeks of pre-season.
The 23-year-old right-back made 15 appearance for the club last season after joining on a non-contract basis in January.
He was offered the chance to come in during pre-season to prove his fitness and has done enough to convince manager Andy Hessenthaler to sign him up for their National League South campaign.
Judd played on Saturday for Dover in their opening pre-season match of the summer against Gillingham, coming on in the second half during their 2-0 win at Crabble.
Judd had previously been with Leyton Orient, where he had made his debut as a 16-year-old in 2015. He went onto make 58 appearances for the Londoners.
He joined Dover in January, making his debut in a 2-1 defeat at Wealdstone, and the defender also picked up two red cards during the last campaign. He’s been handed the No.2 shirt for the season ahead.
Dover are in action tonight (Tuesday) when they make the short trip to face Southern Counties East side Deal Town at The Charles Ground (7.45pm).
