Dover must face Forest Green Rovers three times in a week in a bid to claim a historic place at Wembley for the Vanarama National League Play-off Final.
After Saturday evening's 1-0 defeat to Rovers at Crabble left Whites' fifth, they were left facing a tricky second leg at the New Lawn.
The first leg is at Crabble on Wednesday night (7pm) with the return in Gloucestershire on Saturday night (7.30pm). Both will be screened live on BT Sport.
Grimsby and Braintree, who finished third, will face-off in the other semi-final seeking to join the winners of Whites' tie in the Final at Wembley on Sunday, May 15 (4pm).
In National League South Maidstone will travel to Truro on Wednesday night (7.45pm) with the return at the Gallagher Stadium on Sunday, May 8 (4pm).
Ebbsfleet will head to Whitehawk on Wednesday after the Brighton side won at Hemel Hempstead on the final day to secure fifth place, with the return at Stonebridge Road at the same time as the Stones tie.
The Final will be hosted by the highest-finishing finalist on Saturday, May 14 (3pm).
Faversham Town suffered a 3-0 defeat in the Ryman League Division 1 South Play-off Final at Worthing on Saturday.
There were semi-final defeats for Hythe, Cray Wanderers and Tonbridge Angels earlier in the week.
