Chris Kinnear insists he's not feeling the pressure as Dover continue to battle at the bottom end of the National League.
Whites, who drew 1-1 with Ebbsfleet on Tuesday, have won only one of their nine matches so far this season and are just one place and two points off the bottom of the table.
Speculation about Kinnear's position is ongoing and he was asked if chairman Jim Parmenter had spoken to him about the issue.
"He's not said 'see you later.' Maybe they'll change the name on the door and then I'll know," he replied.
"Pressure? I don't know. It's disappointment that you're not producing for the supporters.
"What is pressure? You only put pressure on yourself and then you start making bad decisions and panicking and going on a long run with not getting results.
"But we have now started to believe. A few lads are not that experienced but they're up and running and positive. That's all we can do.
"I feel pressure in that I want to win for the supporters, the club and the players. It's my responsibility and I don't blame them.
"I'm not one of those managers who starts blaming players.
"I only do this because I enjoy it. I don't have to do the job but I really enjoy it and I want to do it, like I did when I started in 1986.
"I don't feel any different now or have any less will to win than I did then.
"I've got a lot more experience and probably if I didn't have that, we'd have lost today and lost all our games."
Connor Essam's header cancelled out an early Darren McQueen goal at Crabble on Tuesday.
"We should have won at the end," said Kinnear. "We had two chances when Nortei Nortey went through, they've had one deflected shot and the keeper's pulled off a great save in the last minute. I think we should have won it on chances.
"Things have not been going well but it shows you the lads have got a great spirit and the supporters have been behind them all the way. A lot of these games, we've been in it and could quite have easily have won them.
"It's not easy when you're on a bad run but there's no sulking. We had a long meeting on Saturday with the players and it was all constructive. You don't hear me moaning and pointing fingers at players or having a go at them. I know they're always going to give 100% for the club and their team-mates.
"We knew we'd turn it round against a very good Ebbsfleet side who, at the beginning of the season, said they were looking for promotion this year. With the chances we had at the end, we're disappointed we didn't get the win."
