FORMER FIFA referee David Elleray will next month be talking about his eventful career at a fund-raising evening organised by Dover Athletic Supporters Trust.

The event will take place at the Centre Spot, Dover, on Thursday, November 25, starting at 8pm.

Dover-born Mr Elleray will also sign copies of his autobiography, Man In The Middle. Tickets for the evening cost £15, to include a basket supper, with all proceeds going to the Supporters Trust.

Ritchie Hulks, secretary of the Trust, said: “David has kindly accepted our invitation to come and talk about his career. It is his way of helping out the club in our hour of need.”
