Dover Athletic are looking for a new main sponsor after SeaFrance's decision not to renew their one-year deal with the club.
The ferry company's brief association with Whites coincided with one of the most successful season's in Athletic's history, culminating in winning the Ryman 1 South title, and SeaFrance managing director Robin Wilkins said: "We've been delighted to support the club and to follow their fortunes this season.
"Sadly, current economic conditions have created the need for cutbacks in expenditure, and regrettably this is one of the projects that SeaFrance will not be able to carry forward into the new season."
Whites chairman Jim Parmenter said: "This has come as a bit of a shock, as early early indications were that SeaFrance would be working with us again next season."
