DOVER produced the shock result of the Conference season so far when they toppled league leaders Boston 3-2 at Crabble on Monday night.
Bottom of the table before the game, Dover stunned the visitors by coming back from 2-1 down with 20 minutes left to snatch victory with a goal with virtually the last kick of the game from Tommy Tyne.
Captain Keith Scott gave Dover the lead after 23 minutes but Boston equalised just before half-time through Keith Charlery. Then, when Jake Leberl unluckily headed into his own net midway through the second half, Dover's heads could have dropped.
Instead, Scott scored his sixth goal of the season with a deft near post header and then Tyne snatched his dramatic winner.
