DOVER Athletic take on the might of Nationwide Division 1 neighbours Gillingham in a friendly at the Hoverspeed Stadium on Saturday.

Ironically, Whites' former Gillingham players Mark Patterson and Andy Arnott look set to miss the game. Patterson is suffering from what Walker hopes is a short-term illness while Arnott has a slight thigh strain.

The game sees the battle of the cross-Channel carrier sponsors with Hoverspeed-backed Dover against SeaFrance-sponsored Gillingham.

On Tuesday Dover take on a Millwall XI at the Hoverspeed Stadium, kick-off 7.45pm.
