Dover Athletic 2 Welling United 2
DOVER and Welling must meet again at Park View Road on Tuesday night to try to decide their FA Cup, third qualifying round, tie after Saturday's clash at Crabble ended in stalemate.
Welling were the better side in the first half and took the lead when Paul Jones' pace set up a chance for Raphael Nade after 17 minutes. But Dover equalised just before the break when Nicky Dent converted Simon Glover's pull-back from close range.
And it was Dover who went in front 10 minutes after the restart when Glover scored from close range after Matt Carruthers' free kick caused problems in the Welling defence.
Their lead lasted just five minutes, however, as poor defending allowed Anthony Riviere to earn his second side a second bite at the cherry.
Dover finished the match with 10 men after midfielder Lee Spiller was sent off for dissent.
