Dover have signed former Chester forward Kane Richards on a one-year deal.
The 22-year-old played against Whites in the National League this season, scoring eight goals in 39 appearances for the Blues.
Richards becomes Dover's third summer signing after striker Jamie Allen (Southport) and midfielder Mitch Brundle (Gateshead).
Richards, who can play up front or on the wing, spent two-and-a-half seasons at Chester having been released by Derby County in January 2013.
He also played for Ilkeston before joining Chester in December 2014.
