Dover have signed winger Nassim L’Ghoul on a two-year deal.
The Frenchman arrives from National League South club Welling United where he made 25 appearances and scored three goals last season.
He becomes Whites' ninth new signing of the summer and offers another wide option following the departure of Anthony Jeffrey.
The 21-year-old started out his career with the Nike Academy before spending time on trial with Charlton Athletic and Dagenham and Redbridge.
He later signed for St. Neots followed by a move to Whitehawk, where his bright impression earned him a move to Welling.
L’Ghoul missed parts of the 2018/19 campaign with a hamstring injury as United secured a third-placed finish.
He now looks set to compete with teenager Marshall Wratten, who signed his first professional contract with the club last week, for opportunities on the left-hand side.
