In an era where technology is at the forefront of our daily lives, the Medway Children and Family Hubs have launched a unique new app designed to support families in Medway every step of the way.
This innovative platform is set to revolutionise the way parents access support and free activities in the local area.
The Medway Family Hub App is a one-stop resource for parents, offering a wealth of information and services to address a variety of concerns as their child grows. From child-development guidance to health and emotional wellbeing, the app provides support as soon as it is needed from pregnancy to late teens.
The app offers personalised support, free weekly activities & events, health & wellbeing advice, education & learning resources, community connections, and easy access to services. It provides tailored information and resources based on your family’s needs and your children’s ages.
There are also a wide range of activities for children and families to discover, from baby groups to stay and play sessions across Medway at the four children and family hubs and ten well-being centres. The app provides expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellbeing for both parents and children as well as resources to support your child’s learning and development at home and in the community.
You can also find the ‘Medway Growing Together Newsletter’ which automatically sends parents personalised, tailored emails during the pivotal early years from pregnancy until age 2 as part of the Start for Life offer.
Available in over ten languages, it is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
It’s a testament to Medway Council’s commitment to supporting families and ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.
The Medway Family Hub App is more than just an app; it’s a lifeline for families in Medway, providing support, resources, and a community at the touch of a button.
