The ‘Get Into’ programmes provide an all-encompassing approach to career development.

Over four weeks, learners are immersed in training sessions tailored to their desired careers with expert tutors.

With programmes tailored to careers in Administration, Building Services, Construction, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Rail and Customer Service, EKC Training ensures that the curriculum is adapted to the industry standards and demands.

Beyond gaining technical skills and a relevant vocational qualification, students receive specialist advice and workshops on interview preparation. Seasoned professionals and career advisors impart valuable insights, ranging from crafting CVs to selling their skills in an interview.

The courses are free and accessible to those that are on a low income or currently unemployed.
