Two cars were involved in a crash on the M2 this morning.

Police were called to the slip road for the A251 near Brenley Corner at around 7.30am where an Audi car and a lorry had crashed.

Police spokesman Carly Wymark said: "Police were called out to a collision on the M2 between junction six and junction seven London-bound.

"The incident involved an Audi car and a lorry and the car was reported to be facing the wrong way on the road"

The slip road was reopened at around 9am.

An ambulance was also called to the scene but both drivers are believed to be uninjured.
