A brazen criminal has started yet another stint behind bars after stealing from cars in Faversham.

Infamous Ashley De Luca, 29, made headlines in 2014 when he boasted on Facebook of having a ‘master’s degree in burglary, robbery, shoplifting and scrap metal’.

He has since been jailed on numerous occasions for a catalogue of crimes including burglary, shoplifting, skipping court and even wearing a police uniform with intent to deceive.

De Luca promised to "remove all goods properly and professionally"

De Luca, of Ivory Close, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a car and was sent to prison yet again.

He is no stranger to the cells.

The serial thief hit the headlines back in 2014 when his gloating on social media was discovered.

His Facebook page went on: “If you have a job don’t hesitate to contact me and I can remove all goods properly and professionally...you can find me in the yellow pages under raggo ashley’s removals ‘take wat u can and give nuffink bak’.”

He was jailed for a string of offences including burglary, wearing a police uniform with intent to deceive and seven shop thefts.

In 2015, he was jailed for 56 days after pleading guilty to vehicle interference and four counts of shoplifting from supermarkets in Faversham.

In July last year, De Luca was handed his longest stretch yet after Medway Magistrates sent him to prison for 270 days.

That time, he was in the dock for skipping court and police bail, as well as nine counts of shoplifting.
