A woman trapped by her injuries was rescued from a car after it crashed into a building.

Emergency services were called to Leslie Smith Drive, Faversham, at about 2.45pm following the incident.

Firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to remove the roof of the vehicle to gain access to her.

Crews worked with paramedics to transfer her from the car into the care of SECAmb.

Firefighters made the scene safe before departing shortly after 3.30pm.
