Thousands flocked to Faversham last night (Saturday) for the annual carnival.

Floats from carnival courts across the county, sports teams and community groups toured around the town in front of the crowds.

The parade lasted around two hours, travelling from Whitstable Road into town and finishing in Preston Street.
