Police were called out to a missing four-year-old girl.

Officers rushed to St Nicholas Road in Faversham at around 9.15pm last night after the child was reported missing.

Nearby residents said they saw and heard a distressed woman calling a child's name as she searched the estate.

Police arrived on the scene and found the girl close to St Nicholas Road within 10 minutes.
