Police are appealing for information to help find a man who has vanished.

John Macklin, 43, was reported missing from Eastling near Faversham on Monday morning.

He last seen wearing a grey hooded top, dark blue jeans, a pair of black Nike trainers and a navy blue waterproof jacket.

Mr Macklin is believed to have links to Chatham and Snodland.

A Kent Police spokesman said: " Officers are concerned for his welfare and anyone who has seen John or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call us."

Anyone who can help should call Kent Police on 101 quoting the reference number 26-0269.
