A car crash on the M2 forced the carriageway to be closed for more than an hour.
Police were sent to the incident on the Londonbound side between Faversham and Sittingbourne.
Officers were called at 10.25am to the single-vehicle collision between junctions 6 and 5.
The road has been temporarily closed to allow recovery of the vehicle, police said.
It is not yet known whether anyone has suffered injuries.
