The M2 was partially blocked following a crash involving two vehicles.

The incident happened between junction 6 for the A251 Faversham, and junction 7 for the A2 and Brenley Corner shortly at around 4.30pm.

Traffic was slow between the junctions on the coastbound carriageway as a result.

Police and ambulance services have been contacted for comment.

The incident has since cleared and the road has reopened.
